Westgate Vineyard Marsanne Roussanne Viognier

The Story Wines Westgate Vineyard Marsanne Roussanne Viognier is sourced from just three rows of Marsanne and one each of Roussanne and Viognier, planted in 2008.

All the varieties are picked and pressed together. The juice settles overnight before it is racked to very old French oak for wild yeast fermentation. After malolactic fermentation and around 12 months on lees, the wine is bottled without cold stabilization or fining.
